Shabbat Services:

The Chabad House holds weekly Shabbat services and Shabbat meals on both - Friday night and Shabbat day.

The Friday service begins at 19:00 and is followed by a Shabbat dinner.

The Shabbat morning service begins at: 10:00, and is followed by a Shabbat lunch at 12:00.

Classes:

The Chabad House has lessons and on-on-one studies in: Jewish history, Halacha (Jewish law), Kabbalah, the weekly Parsha and many other Jewish subjects.

All the lessons are given by Rabbi Mendi Crombie.

Children's activities:

The Chabad House operates weekly activities for Jewish children, in order to provide them with spirited Jewish education.

Additionally, the Chabad House holds holiday activities for children before every holiday to teach them about the upcoming festivals.

During these activities, the children learn about the holidays in an interactive way.

These activities are run by Mrs. Talia Crombie.     

Library:

At the Chabad House you can find a large library of Jewish books.

The books are in Hebrew and English, and in any Jewish subjects.

At the Chabad House you can order and buy any Judaica items you are looking for, such as: Mezuzah, Tefilin, Kipa, Jewish books etc.

Women's group: 

Mrs. Talia Crombie organizes a Jewish group for Jewish Sri Lankan women.

The group holds meetings, lessons, and discussions regarding Jewish women issues and much more.
